I've been to over 15 dispensary and this one was the best no long lines in and out, product was fresh good and the best price on deals I got a zip for 160$ and it was really good and I've been smoking since 1979 but hopefully the prices will go down pounds on the street are 1000$ get the price there? The people here are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and have recommendations if you aren't sure what you're looking for. Most dispensaries I've been to just feel too clinical, and I would get the vibe that I'm being judged because I was there for recreational use and not medical. Yes, both medical and recreational cannabis is legal in Illinois. In Illinois it is also legal for eligible medical cannabis patients to grow their own cannabis, however, it is not legal for recreational users to grow their own cannabis. For eligible medical cannabis patients, the legal limit is five cannabis plants that any patient can grow in their home at once.

A caregiver can assist you with the use of medical cannabis as well as purchase cannabis for you. A caregiver must have a valid caregiver card in order to purchase on behalf of a medical cannabis patient with or without the patient present. If you want a caregiver to purchase a cannabis product we recommend designating a caregiver when you first apply for a medical cannabis card. 
Once you are registered with the state as a caregiver you can place an order on behalf of your medical patient, and pick up in the dispensary or curbside on behalf of your patient. The caregiver account will be unified through the patient’s medical card number.
No. Your Weedmaps orders do not allow you to accumulate Dragon Rewards points. However, there are deals and promotions on Weedmaps.
Of course. The object is to keep 5000 points at all times. For example, if you have 5500 points, you can redeem 500 points and keep your platinum status.
Take a picture or video of the defective item. Come back in to your local Mystic Greenz and ask for a supervisor. They will get you all set with a replacement item. You don't need to bring the item back in, just a photo or video of the item and defect on your mobile device. We are happy to replace it.
No. Mystic Greenz does not issue refunds. We can get you product credit or a replacement item but no refunds.
Call the store and let the receptionist or a supervisor know. They will get those points issued back to you.
No worries. The budtender will apply the promotion to the item in store.
At least 30 minutes. We enjoy the ease of online shopping. We ask that you give the budtender at least 30 minutes before picking up. You should receive a confirmation email to let you know your order is ready. If  you don't receive it, give it 30 minutes.

Yes. The receptionist will scan the bar code on the back of the temp card.
Platinum Rewards members are taken care of especially by a supervisor or lead budtender for first class service.

Yes! Budtenders work very hard to remain educated on products and give you the best customer service. They are thrilled and grateful for tips.
For inventory reasons, the system automatically cancels all orders that are placed after closing. Any new orders must be placed on the day of pickup. No worries, we will do our best to keep your item right in stock.
We are a recreational social equity dispensary. The state of Illinois does not issue Medical licenses at the moment so we are strictly Rec. However, we do offer a 20% Discount for Med patients who present their Medical Cannabis card.
At Mystic Greenz, we appreciate the sacrifice of Service Members. We encourage all Veterans to go to their profile in their online account and toggle the "Veteran" button. There are specials on Veterans Day and throughout the year for the Veteran community. Just to say Thank you for your service.
There are times where a promotion doesn't show for one or two of the brands on promotion. No worries, in store a Budtender will ensure that your promo is applied in store.
